CTO / Full-Stack Developer (Co-Founder) gesucht für Fans1 – Creator Monetization Platform

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer (CTO/Co-Founder) with strong expertise in React / Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. You should be able to structure, optimize, and scale an already existing codebase (around 70% of the product is already developed). You don’t need to start from scratch, but you should be confident in reviewing, refactoring, and extending the platform as needed. Experience in leading dev teams, payment integrations, API connections (KYC, moderation, etc.), and scalable architectures is essential.

Review, optimize, and extend our existing codebase (70% already built)

Develop and launch new features (subscriptions, PPV, creator shops, livestreams, etc.)

Ensure platform scalability, stability, and security

Integrate payments, KYC/verification, and content moderation systems

Build and lead the tech team as we grow, review code from new developers

Collaborate closely with founders in product decisions and tech roadmap

Co-Founder position (CTO) with equity – you will shape the product and own the tech vision
