* Positioning & Narrative: Distill complex crypto (FHE, PQC, E2EE) into a simple, three‑layer message—Problem → Promise → Proof—and build a living messaging guide that spans website copy, pitch deck, docs and social.
* Brand &; Voice: Define a tone that’s credible and mission‑driven (never hypey), and oversee all visual refinements (icons, diagrams and overall motif).
* Developer & Privacy Community Growth: Launch and nurture a waitlist, newsletter and community (Discord/Matrix), plus an “alpha champion” program to turn early adopters into ambassadors.
* Content Engine: Produce or commission high‑signal assets: e.g. “Data‑in‑use threat brief,” “FHE performance myth‑busting,” and a teardown of GA4’s privacy debt.
* Crowdfunding Campaign: Own the end‑to‑end Indiegogo (or alternative) playbook: pre‑launch audience build, reward design, landing page, teaser video script, email drip sequence, KPI dashboard and launch‑week operations.
* Demand Gen / Funnels: Instrument the full funnel—from waitlist sign‑up through noisycli install → first encrypted deploy → retention—while ensuring no personal data ever leaks into your analytics.
* Partnership GTM: Identify 5–10 existing E2EE webapps (CryptPad, Wormhole, etc.) for potential co‑marketing or to outsource their crypto handling into noisycli.
* Launch Orchestration: Plan alpha‑phase PR (privacy & dev press), Product Hunt narrative, key conference CFP submissions, and a steady pipeline of case‑studies.
* Feedback → Roadmap Loop: Structure closed‑loop feedback: qualitative interviews plus privacy‑preserving event ingestion, and feed those insights back into product &; marketing priorities.

What we're building: A developer‑first serverless platform (think Vercel/Netlify) where every byte stays end‑to‑end encrypted. Modules: noisybuffer (E2EE data store), noisychannel (ephemeral e2ee websoket streams), noisyproc (FHE compute via Lattigo & OpenFHE), noisytransfer (secure key import and instant e2ee file sharing from app to app), plus noisycli (Deno/TS/JS) for a one‑command deploy of a "non-private" web app. Post‑quantum (hybrid PQC) readiness baked in.

The team currently consists of only one person. Accordingly, the main focus is on the typical tasks of an early-stage project.Currently, the most important priority is:
- Gaining initial traction with a functional PaaS MVP. We are therefore looking for support in development.
Zielgruppe
Our “final” target group consists, on the one hand, of citizens as end users of our products, and on the other hand, of companies and self-employed individuals who process personal or otherwise sensitive data.As long as our services have not yet reached full maturity, we are initially focusing on user groups with a strong affinity for privacy and security.
Target groups with compliance requirements are currently not explicitly addressed, but they are not excluded either.
